Program: The Strength Pace
- Who is it for: Our 12 week Strength Pace program was designed with endurance athletes who need a strength program for cross training.
- Who created it: Dr. Chloe and Coach Isa worked together on this project. Dr. Chloe's background includes competing as a D1 distance athlete and currently working as a Physical Therapist at Mobility-Doc. Coach Isa is a certified USA Weightlifting coach, USA Powerlifting coach, former Crossfit coach, and former amateur boxer.
- Experience Level: Truly and level can perform this program. Beginners will find this to be an approachable starting point and everyone else will be challenged by the progressive nature of the program.
- Time Commitment: 1 hour 4 days a week. You have access to the program for one year.
